Technical support and software upgrade
services are provided using the following options:
- Each purchase of a software license, includes
one year of free upgrades and 1 year of Email technical support.
- Optional technical support contract can be
purchased annually and includes:
- Access to unlimited telephone support during
standard business hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. for one pre-designated individual.
- Free upgrades.
- Free admission to user conferences and
seminars.
- Optional 24/7 technical support contract can
be purchased monthly and includes:
- Priority anytime access to unlimited
telephone support through a special telephone number for up to 3 pre-designated
individuals.
- Free upgrades.
- Free admission to user conferences and
seminars.
Historically, there are 4 service release
upgrades and 1 major upgrade for software products each year.
Users who wish not to purchase annual
support, can obtain upgrades by purchasing product upgrades for an intermediate cost.
Product upgrade costs vary from version to version and depend on the new
functionality provided.
