Maptician redistricting is desinged to be an
easy to use, self contained application for redistricting and realignment. The
system works through a series of wizards which simplify the process of configuring a plan

Maptician redistricting is developed based
on ESRI's MapObjects 2.X technology. MapObjects provides a comprehensive suite of
map display and analysis tools on a small foot print compatible to most versions of
Windows.
