- CLegend CLegend is an Active-X Control designed to provide MapObjects 2.1 programmers with a simple and effective tool for GIS data visualization. CLegend replaces the unsupported Legend Control shipped with MapObjects. - Conflex Conflex is ConfleX is a first of its kind tool which uses artificial intelligent (AI) technology to automatically transfer attributes from a source to a target map. The source and target need not overlay or be topologically identical. The software allows users to merge attributes from older less accurate maps to newer more accurate GIS data. - Maptician2 Maptician2 is freeware software that can view and query spatial data. Maptician2 is designed to work with Arcview shapefiles, an ESRI proprietary format. Maptician2 can display data in a variety of formats including as map views, in spreadsheet format, or as graphs. - EMAPS EMAPS/ROADBlock is based on an application originally developed in response to the DC Area Sniper Investigation. The purpose of the software was to provide the Police with the ability to quickly develop and implement road closure plans. It also allows planning of evacuation routes and analysis functionality for plumes and other incidents.
